I have a dream. Someday, I'd love to have a Wyoming log cabin within hiking distance of the Tetons and Yellowstone. Guess what? Here it is.

I found this beauty on Zillow. It's a log cabin at 24260 Turpin Meadow Loop in Moran, Wyoming. It's a 2-bed, 2-bath log cabin with the following description on Zillow: (I've bolded my favorite part)

YELLOWSTONE GATEWAY LOG CABIN: Lovingly remodeled & modernized log cabin in the woods, with direct Grand Teton views. Cabin was originally built in 1958, it sits on a US Forest Service land lease. Trails into Yellowstone and the Teton Wilderness begin 1/2 mile from the cabin.

For reference, this is where Moran, Wyoming is.

Google Maps

Yes, that's Grand Teton National Park right out your back door. Nice.

The amazing part of this log cabin to me is the price. They're asking $425,000 which means they're practically giving it to you compared to what prices to the south in Jackson are like for this kind of property.

Fortunately for me, looking at those beautiful Teton pics out their back door is free.
