As we get older, Halloween changes.

As kids, we want to go house to house and collect candy. In our twenties, we want to head to the bars and drink, party, and pretend we're someone else for a few hours.

Once we hit our late twenties, we just want to enjoy an evening dressed up, without worrying about people who are having too much fun.

While the bars are great, they have a tendency to be crowded, and things can get out of hand quickly. This year, skip the usual places, and help out a great cause while enjoying - in my opinion - the best holiday of the year.

The Wyoming Food For Though Project is hosting a "Harvest Ball" on Halloween. This is your chance to enjoy a night out in your best costume while helping out great cause that benefits local people in need. Check out the press release below for complete info.

Adults do you have plans for Halloween yet?! If not join the Rotaract of Casper: Young Professionals Network (CYPN) at the Best Western Ramkota - Casper for a fun night of dancing, costumes, drinks, and prizes at the 2014 Harvest Ball with some proceeds benefiting Wyoming Food for Thought Project.

Please bring nonperishable food items to donate to Wyoming Food for Thought and you will receive a $2 admission fee.  We will be having a COSTUME CONTEST with great prizes from the Wyoming Athletic Club (WAC)!

The Ramkota is offering rooms for $84 for the night. Just mention the Harvest Ball to get the rate!  $5 for every room booked goes to Wyoming Food for Thought.

We hope you can join us!
