MARK YOUR CALENDARS! The University of Wyoming Homecoming Parade will be happening this October 22nd. If you haven't been to one, you should! It's super fun seeing all the different floats go around town and they will be giving out candies too. It's pretty much as if Halloween came a week early.

The parade is tentatively scheduled for 9:30 a.m. The parade will begin at 14th St. and Grand Avenue, head west on Grand Ave, turn north on 2nd St, east on Ivinson St, and end at 9th St -- get there early and find a good spot so you can catch all of them!

If you are looking to participate in this year's parade, the parade application, which includes rules and regulations can be found HERE.

Applications are due by 4 p.m. on Friday, October 7th to the UWAA office in the Marian H. Rochelle Gateway Center, located at 222 S. 22nd St. They also can be emailed to Samme Eisenhauer, at seisenh2@uwyo.edu.

This year’s Homecoming theme will be “Dancing in the Dirt”. See you there!
