Is This Wyoming Rock Giving Nebraska ‘The Finger’ Or A ‘Thumbs Up’? [POLL]

The state of Wyoming has many legendary rock formations. Places like Devil's Tower, Hell's Half Acre, Vedawoo, Boar's Tusk and a lewd landmark near Riverton all rank among the most outrageous outcrops on the planet.

Between Cheyenne and Torrington on U.S. Route 85, there's a monolith rising up from the buttes that sure looks like Wyoming is giving Nebraska the finger.

Or maybe, it's just me. Perhaps, this formation is nature's way of telling Nebraska that they're #1.
