Spring in Wyoming means weather change, sometimes in a severe and drastic fashion.

Those mid-sixty degree temperature that we've enjoyed the last seven days are so, may be going, in exchange for strong thunderstorms extreme wind gusts.

The official US National Weather Service Riverton Wyoming Facebook page posted a recent weather update with a graphic and caption that read:

A cold front dropping southward may bring strong thunderstorms today, especially in Natrona and eastern Fremont and Sweetwater Counties. Strong wind gusts will be the main threat from any thunderstorm.
