That's according to a post on the Larimer County Sheriff's Office Facebook page.
According to the post, around 12:30 p.m. on Monday, September 15, deputies tried to stop a motorist for traffic violations in south Loveland. The suspect refused to stop and tried to get away.
According to the release "He then began driving recklessly, going south in northbound lanes of I-25, causing multiple vehicles to crash. Deputies performed a PIT maneuver (precision immobilization technique) to stop the car and safely took the driver into custody. Another adult was also in the vehicle; she was not injured and was released from the scene.
