As a city girl that fell in love with a cowboy and now lives in the middle of nowhere Wyoming, I can 100% relate to Kim Kardashian's thoughts about her new Wyoming Home.

In case you haven't heard, her and her husband Kayne West just purchased a ranch in Cody, Wyoming.

While there have certainly been mixed emotions from lots of my fellow Wyomingites about this, I personally am not surprised at all.

I think Wyoming is the best place in America to raise a family.

I love everything about this wildly beautiful state, and I can't blame Kayne and Kim a bit for wanting to be a part of what we have here.

That being said, I can understand completely her reluctance to make it a full-time move.

In a recent interview with Jimmy Kimmel, Kim emphasized her love for LA, and what a struggle it was for her to be alone with three of her children with no internet, iPads, electricity or bathroom.

I think my favorite quote is "We made breakfast on a fire thing."

I've always said only the strong survive in Wyoming.

The Wyoming wind and nine-month-long winters tend to weed out the weak ones...and things like huge areas of the state where there is absolutely no cell phone service and outdoor toilets usually keep most people away.

Hopefully, Kim is like me, and will soon fall deeply in love with Wyoming.

If this picture from Kim's Instagram is anything to go by, I think she's coming around to our way of life.
