Laramie Police: Resident Stabs Masked Intruder; Suspect at Large
A Laramie resident stabbed a person who entered their home late last month, according to authorities, and the suspect is still at large.
The Laramie Police Department says the incident was reported to authorities Nov. 27 at roughly 7 p.m. The resident said she stabbed a masked intruder, who took off with the knife still stuck in his body.
Police say they have no further information regarding the intruder, nor a description of him.
"Contrary to social media postings, the Laramie Police Department does not believe that this individual is a direct threat to the community at large and the Department has not received any reports of similar activity in the Laramie area," the agency said on its Facebook page Friday.
