Technology has always been a super cool thing and every day it gets cooler. (More cool?) My family has always been huge into tech. Whether it was our video games, the latest phones, TVs, you name it, we had it.

There's always been a downside to having access to that much technology though. I always thought it was that we would become less connected as a family. But this article from Ladders.com says that we all have a problem putting down our phones and relaxing.

A poll was conducted with about 22,000 people in the UK and most of them said that they can't go more than 10 minutes without being glued to their phones. Between work e-mails, text messages, and social media, it is hard to just sit down and relax without the use of your phone.

So my question to you is, how are you relaxing when you get home? Are you turning off your phone? Or, do you have that much self-control to not look at your phone? Me personally, I am that 7 out of 10 people that have a really hard time not staying glued to my phone.
