NWS: 3-6 Inches of Snow for Casper Through Wednesday

Casper could see significant snow accumulations as a spring storm moves through the region.

The latest forecast from the National Weather Service calls for three to six inches of snow in lower elevations of Natrona County, including Casper, through 12 p.m. Wednesday.

In a winter weather advisory, the NWS said snow will have difficulty sticking from late morning into Tuesday afternoon before accumulating again Tuesday night and Wednesday morning.

Slick road conditions have been reported on I-25, as well as U.S. 26 and WY 220. Many other highways in southeastern Wyoming were also slick with snowfall early Tuesday.
