“Pig Out In The Plaza” Benefits Casper Area Food Pantries

Pig Out In The Plaza is an event presented by First Interstate Bank and Famous Dave’s Barbeque(which is soon to open in Casper) and happens at the corner Center and 1st Street in the 1st Interstate Plaza from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

The Pig Out was prompted by a 1st Interstate program called Neighbors Feeding Neighbors. Neighbors Feeding Neighbors is an initiative that double  matches any employee gift of money or time to a qualified food distribution agencies.The First Interstate Bank  Neighbors Feeding Neighbors initiative has been a great success in the last three years contributing $401,824 and 756 volunteer hours to charitable food distribution programs covering three states and numerous communities. This events proceeds will benefit Joshua’s Storehouse, Restoration Church Pantry and Holy Cross.
Famous Dave’s will be serving a wonderful meal at a cost of $10.00 (proceeds going to the above mentioned food pantries) and includes a choice of Brisket, Chicken or Ribs, two side dishes, dessert and a beverage…. All for just a donation of $10 bucks. Pepsi is also a sponsor and Pepsi products and water will be on tap to go with Famous Dave’s Barbeque.

Non-Perishable food items  and monetary donations will be accepted at all four First Interstate bank locations or today at the event in the Plaza.
