Experience Cowboy Cowboy Cooking Like Never Before With Chef Fiore

Chef Vince Fiore is the host of the show Cookin' With Cowboys, a travel and cooking series, where the chef showcases everything from campfire cooking to the cowboy lifestyle. The award-winning chef and TV show host highlights ranches, resorts, and other locations from coast to coast.

This month, he'll be doing a pop-up dinner at The Wagon Box, the historic restaurant in Story, WY. The event will be on October 24 & 25. The chef will be cooking up quite a meal from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. each night.

The multi-course meal will combine Italian classics with a Wyoming twist.

• First Course: 
  • Tuscan Spring Salad
  • Cowboy Salad
• Second Course:
  • Burrata Mozzarella Caprese with Duck Prosciutto
  • Shotgun Shells - Pasta shell stuffed with Rib Eye, cream cheese, jalapeno, Tex-Mex cheese, deep fried, and served with a bourbon sauce.
• Third Course: 
  • Bison & Elk Bolognese
    • Classic pasta bolognese made with San Marzano Tomato Sauce with ground elk and bison
  • Cutthroat Trout
    • Parmesan-crusted trout filet that's pan-seared and topped with lemon butter, garlic, and white wine sauce, served with potato and veggies.
  • Roasted Garlic Eggplant
    • Eggplant with garlic, olive oil, and spinach, served over rice.
• Fourth Course:
  • Chef's choice dessert

In addition to the Chef's incredible sounding meal, local pianist Mark Caudle will be playing at the restaurant for both evenings.
