Rosie O’Donnell seems determined to prove that Oprah Winfrey is simply the best boss ever. First, O’Donnell showed video of Winfrey teaching her how to take a shot of tequila. And now, O’Donnell gives us a look at behind-the-scenes footage where Winfrey cracks jokes as the two film commercials for OWN.

O’Donnell admitted to being nervous while filming the promos, but Winfrey lightened the mood considerably by making goofy jokes. Who says a media titan can’t have a sense of humor?
