If you couldn't get tickets for their three sold-out performances at Red Rocks this summer, you're in luck. The Avett Brothers are coming to the Cheyenne Civic Center on Tuesday, September 18th.

Several legendary musicians have lived in Cheyenne, including Sammy Davis, Jr., Neil Diamond, Chris LeDoux and Scott Avett. The singer and his band The Avett Brothers are profiled in the new HBO film May It Last.

There's plenty of buzz surrounding the new relationship between Avett Brothers' Seth Avett and 'Dexter' actress Jennifer Carpenter, since it was initially reported that Carpenter was the reason Avett split with his wife Susan. Such is not the case, as the couple began dating only recently, after years of friendship and after his marriage had fallen apart.
