City Council proposals would limit the number of days one can legally camp on private property. It also seeks to prohibit camping near the North Platte River and other streams in Casper.

Council member and Realtor Lisa Engebretsen said people can buy houses with old electrical systems, but an inspector will inspect it based on current codes.

The Council has indicated it wished to fund organizations that supplement a city service or facility, or addresses a Council goal.

Mayor Ray Pacheco said the Casper City Council looks forward to working with Eric Nelson as City Attorney.

Not that there was much to talk about.

The contractors will bring in heavy equipment in neighborhoods.

The licensing requirement will go into effect on June 15.

The contract with Ford will be for six years, with the opportunity for a three-year renewal after the first three years.

Nov. 1 also is the first day ending daylight saving time.

The investment is totally from the group of Ford dealerships in the state.

There will be four women on Casper City Council starting next year.

The Casper Events Center may open for parking, but that remains to be seen.
