The Cowboy Kickoff Concert and Pep Rally has come and gone.... but it won't be forgotten. A record crowd of nearly 4,000 turned out for the event. And despite a sprinkling of rain earlier in the afternoon, Tailgate Park was packed with blankets, lawn chairs or groups of friends huddled in circles singing along to country tunes...
