The key to being a good driver in Wyoming is to make sure you're a rude driver apparently. Just kidding! That's not even remotely a good quality for anyone on the road. However, as recent as this past fall, Cheyenne drivers were labeled as the 'rudest drivers in Wyoming'. But according to a recent report, drivers in the capital city are also the best in the Cowboy State.
Earlier this year, the state of Wyoming was named as one of the states that had the rudest drivers in America, along with having some of the worst drivers in the country. Now it looks like they've narrowed down the info to the rudest drivers in the state, and Cheyenne was their pick out of the Cowboy State.
On Monday morning, after this weekend's record-breaking winter storm, I got a call from a Wyoming state trooper who wanted to, politely and professionally, scold the driver of a MINI Cooper who, according to the driver, just wanted to see if the road was open yet.
We all have our reasons for wanting to get where we're going as fast as we can. Sometimes we're running late, or we had something unexpected on the way that temporarily slowed us down. No matter what the reason, in Wyoming, when we're going somewhere, we're getting there fast...And we have the speeding tickets to prove it.
