This event features Bocce, Bowling, Cycling, and Soccer competitions, and will see athletes, coaches, and Unified Partners assemble from across the entire state.
The Natrona County Sheriff's Office recently posted on social media photos from the Special Olympics Wyoming Summer Sports Classic, in which officers were on hand to present medals to the athletes.
According to a press release from Special Olympics Wyoming, this year’s Jackalope Jump is happening on February 12 at Edness Kimball Wilkins Park. Registration begins at 10:00 A.M. and the jump happens at 11:00 A.M.
Wyoming will be represented by two incredible athletes during the Special Olympics World Winter Games, which will be held in Kazan Russia on January 22-25.
