The good news is, somebody who went to The Beacon Club on New Year's Eve didn't drive home (presumably). The bad news is...they still haven't come back for their car.

After careful consideration, visits with our charities and partners amid the COVID-19 pandemic, it’s apparent that this season of Thankful Thursday is best postponed until conditions improve.

The biggest Classic Rock fun-fest on the road rolls into The Beacon Club in Mills March 14, when the "Happy Together" 30th anniversary tour celebrates with Casper - featuring a full night of old-school heroes like The Turtles, featuring Flo and Eddie - Chuck Negron, formerly of Three Dog Night - Mark Farner, formerly of Grand Funk Railroad - Mitch Ryder & The Detroit Wheels - plus Gary Lewis & The Playboys.

En route to performing in front of a varied crowd at The Beacon on Friday, David Ball and his friends stopped by the My Country 95.5 studio to perform some songs, tell some jokes, and share some stories with Rodeo Rick and our listening audience. Luckily, we also had a couple cameras available to document this living legend. Check out the pics and video below.

Thankful Thursdays at The Beacon once again proved that it is the place to be on a Thursday night if you want cheap alcohol, the chance to win a lot of money, and the opportunity to help benefit local charities. This week, it was B.A.C.A. that was highlighted, and if there is one charity worth benefiting, it's these leather-clad guys and gals.

Josh Gracin rules. That's all. He dresses well, he's really nice, he has good taste in beer, he watches basketball, and he has a firm handshake. Oh! Also, he's a hell of a performer, as anyone who was at his concert at The Beacon on Friday can attest to. He puts on a fantastic show. There's no pyro, no videos, nothing- except a talented artist and his band, performing. Singing. Playing. Having fun

What's the best part of being a My Country Club member? Duh!Meeting all the stars that come and play in Casper! That's exactly what these VIP's did when Josh Gracin came and played a gig. And now they will forever be immortalized in these pictures with the big man himself. Don't you wish you could be?

I've seen many performers..um...perform...at The Beacon, but the one who seems to gather the biggest crowd(most of whom are female...go figure) is Josh Gracin. The former American Idol singer really packs in the crowd when he performs here (it's his second time). And it makes sense. Dude is good at what he does. Season 2 of Thankful Thursdays at The Beacon are upon us, and we couldn't think of a better organization to re-start us than the Children's Advocacy Project (CAP). This organization is a fairly new, non-profit agency that specializes in services provided for children who are victims of maltreatment and children who are witnesses to violence.
