One of Casper's favorite weekly outdoor events is slated to return for summer 2024. Rock the Block is coming back to Yellowstone Garage.

It has been nearly two months since it was announced that Yellowstone Garage Bar, Grill, and Venue would be reopening under new ownership, but it appears they will be unfortunately closing again.

Bryce Harvey and Sierra Schmidt are an ex-husband and wife team who are the new owners of Yellowstone Garage Bar, Grill, and Venue and they have big plans for the future of Downtown Casper.

Yellowstone Garage announced on Facebook that it is now under new ownership and is opening in the near future!

Rock the Block announced on Monday that on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, they will be holding their final event.

Dynamic Sound and Lighting, the company that provided all of the sound and stage equipment for Rock the Block, took the venture over from Huff in order to ensure that it remains a vital part of the downtown scene.

Luckily, Rock the Block, Casper's Downtown party that takes place every Thursday in the summer, is not a property of Yellowstone Garage; it's the creation of Dynamic Sound and Lighting, a local events promoter with an incredible sound system.

Yellowstone Garage Bar, Grill and Venue, a fixture in downtown, as a restaurant and for events, has permanently closed it doors as of March 22nd, 2022.

Next time you’re in a bar in Downtown Casper, throw a little encouragement towards your bartender. Say something nice-but-not-creepy. Better yet, show them your appreciation with your wallet.

One of Casper's restaurants has voluntarily taken precautions to make sure their customers and staff are safe.

The Yellowstone Garage Bar is looking for the public's input on how to move forward with their 2020 Rock The Block events during the pandemic.

Yellowstone Garage added that the public is still more than welcome to stop by the business in their hot rods.
