The Fort Caspar Museum is looking for vendors for “Caspar Collins Day at the Fort” on Saturday, July 26. Help commemorate the city of Casper’s namesake on the 149th anniversary of the Battle of Platte Bridge. This family-friendly event will include living history demonstrations, games, and hands-on activities.

There will be a contemporary craft vendor area as well as a section for “period” vendors selling 19th-century-type items. The cost for a table space (10 by 10 feet) is $25 for contemporary craft vendors and $10 for period vendors. The vendor application deadline is July 19, 2014. For an application form or questions, please contact Anne Holman at the Museum, 235-8462 or by email at aholman@cityofcasperwy.com. Forms may also be downloaded from their website: www.fortcasparwyoming.com.

Caspar Collins Day will be on the grounds of Fort Caspar from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, July 26, 2014, rain or shine. Admission is free, and all are welcome.
