Waitress Stiffed By Single Mom – Right Or Wrong? [POLL]

Got this pic from a friend of ours who works a restaurant in Utah. Is this appropriate? How does one know that the server was not a single mom and could use the money? If you can afford $138.00 for dinner, shouldn't you be able to afford a tip?
