Washakie County Jury Convicts Man of Sexually Abusing Minor
A Washakie County jury last week found a man guilty of three sexual abuse charges, according to court documents.
The 12-person jury convicted Jason A. Miller on three counts of first-degree sexual abuse of a minor for events that occurred between December 2014 to September 2015, September 2015 to March 2016 and September 2016.
A jury returned the verdict on August 27.
An affidavit of probable cause says the victim was a boy who was born in 2003.
The affidavit says Miller sexually abused the boy on a regular basis.
Miller could face up to 25 years behind bars for each sexual abuse of a minor conviction.
