Casper will see windy and mild conditions today with isolated to widely scattered showers and thunderstorms.  Scattered showers and thunderstorms can be expected in east-central, southeastern and south-central Wyoming today. Warmer than normal temperatures and a few showers and thunderstorms will be on tap statewide

for Thursday through Saturday.
