Major Changes To World Bare Knuckle Fighting Card In Casper
The Casper Events Center will host the World Bare Knuckle Fighting Federation Rise of the Titans show on Friday with some major changes on the card.
Former NFL player Shawne Merriman will not be fighting as he opted out due to a contract dispute. Merriman claimed on Twitter that contracts were not honored and quote "just wouldn't back out". He was a 3 time Pro Bowl selection at linebacker for the San Diego Chargers. Also, Brennan Ward who was scheduled to fight former UFC champion Johny Hendricks has also dropped out due to a contract dispute. He will be replaced on the card by MMA fighter Dakota Cochrane. Hendricks by the way was a 4 time NCAA wrestling All-American at Oklahoma State University and was a 2 time NCAA national champion. All told, there will be 8 bouts on the main card, including a 3 fight tournament at 155 pounds. There's also going to be a 3 bout preliminary card in addition to the main card. Bouts on the main card will begin at 8pm
