The huge Iowa Twin Rivers Wrestling Duals were held over the weekend in West Des Moines and the Wyoming team finished a very respectable 3rd.

In the pool round, Team Wyoming went 3-2 in duals with wins over the Tennessee Stars, the Iowa Delinquents, and an all-star team with losses to Iowa Sour Patch and the Texas WC Red. That put Wyoming into the silver bracket where they won 2 of 3 duals, beating Valktie of Goldfinch, Iowa Fix in Socks, and a loss to Missouri Black.

Individually, Teila Peters of Buffalo, Brinley Green from Rawlins, and  Viel Foreman of Star Valley both went 8-0 and earned Gold All-American status. Peters wrestled at 124 pounds, Foreman was at 132 and Green was at 145pounds.

Jackson's Tai McBride went 7-1 in the Iowa tournament to win Silver All-American status. Lingle's Josie Houk also grabbed a Silver All-American at 138 pounds with a 6-1 record. Three wrestlers had a record of 5-3 to earn Copper All-American distinction, Andraya Canchola of Natrona at 120 pounds, Cheyenne Central's Meadow King at 152, and Cody's Ashten Hubbs at 165. Glenrock's Gillian Holan went 2-6 at 100 pounds.
