Country Star Chris Janson To Light Up UW’s Homecoming
Homecoming is one of the great moments for a school every year. It's a time to welcome back those who spent their time on the same campus in years past.
It's such an exciting time that the University of Wyoming has already announced a BIG party, even before football season has officially started. When you're having a HUGE country artist come to town to be a part of the party, you want everyone to know and to start planning.
During homecoming week festivities in October, the University of Wyoming will welcome Country Music Star Chris Janson to Laramie on October 3.
If you've never seen Chris in concert, he was just recently named by country artist Sam Hunt as one of the faces on the "Mount Rushmore of live country music performers." That's quite the compliment, especially when your name is tossed around with country superstars like Luke Bryan and Chris Stapleton.
I agree with Sam, I've never been disappointed with a conversation or performance from Chris. He's high energy, talented, and when he leaves the stage, you'll want more. You know that feeling you get when you have an energy drink for the first time in a while? That same tingly, buzzing, and energetic feeling is what you get from Chris Janson.
During the show, if you lose track of Chris, look at all of the instruments. He could be playing the drums, guitar, bass, piano, or the tambourine.
It's exciting that the night before the Cowboys host UNLV for the homecoming game, Chris Janson will be in Laramie to get Pokes fans hyped for the game.
Tickets will go on sale August 25.
