Wyoming PBS will be hosting two special preview screenings of Ken Burns' latest film series Cancer: The Emperor of All Maladies on Wednesday, March 25 at 7 p.m. at the Casper College Wheeler Concert Hall and Thursday, March 26 at 6 p.m. at the Central Wyoming College Little Theater in Riverton.

Following the Casper screening, Geoff O'Gara will moderate a panel discussion with oncologists Dr. John van Doorninck and Dr. John Purviance, along with cancer survivor Judy Murray, Jason's Friends Foundation founder and president Lisa Eades, and Wyoming Comprehensive Cancer Control outreach coordinator Jessica Perez. Following the preview in Riverton, Wyoming PBS producer Craig Blumenshine will host a panel discussion, which will be broadcast live on Wyoming PBS at 7 p.m. as a special edition of the public affairs call-in show "Wyoming Perspectives". Panelists will include oncologists Dr. Gregory Marino and Dr. Carmen Pisc, along with cancer survivors Karen Chingman and Mary Roberson, and Wyoming Cancer Resource Services program manager Val Walsh-Haines.
