‘Yellowstone’ Star Cole Hauser’s California Ranch Is Amazing — See Inside! [Pictures]
Yellowstone star Cole Hauser doesn't just play a rancher on the hit Paramount Network show. The actor has lived the part in real life, too, at an eye-popping rural horse ranch in California that fetched a whopping $3.85 million when he sold it in 2021.
Hauser plays Rip Wheeler on the modern-day Western, but in real life, he's enjoyed a long film and television career that includes prominent roles in School Ties, Dazed and Confused, Good Will Hunting and many more high-profile projects prior to Yellowstone.
Hauser listed his 5-bedroom-6-bathroom, 5,402-square-foot rural home on a very private, double-gated three acres bordering the protected areas of the Santa Monica National Park for $4.25 million in November of 2020.
The home listing called it "the quintessential lifestyle ranch," boasting, "This stunning estate boasts unobstructed panoramic views of the Santa Monica mountains and Cornell Valley."
The main residence includes 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. One of those bedrooms is a generously sized master suite with a balcony overlooking the stunning grounds. There's also a gourmet kitchen, dining area and multiple terraces leading to a pool area and a hot tub. The main house also includes an office, and all of the exterior areas offer sweeping rural views.
The property also includes a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom guest house and a separate studio apartment with a 2-car garage. The main house runs completely on solar power and comes with a 3-car garage, with easy transitions between indoor and outdoor living spaces. The property also includes a fenced horse corral.
