Setting up a lemonade stand or having a bake sale is a great way to get your kids involved and teach them how to be young entrepreneurs.

But what if I told you that your kids didn't have to stop there?

A new program is available to help guide kids who want to earn money, learn business and people skills, and gain hands-on experience. It's an excellent opportunity for kids to build their skills all year, not just for one day.

The program is called Children's Entrepreneur Market. It is being managed in Casper by Holly Shepperson. Holly has lived in Wyoming for the last 12 years and has experience in marketing, finance, and public service.

She said they're ready for the Children's Entrepreneur Market to start in Casper and Cheyenne.

We are thrilled to offer this incredible opportunity for kids to gain real-world entrepreneurial experience. Not only do they get to sell their goods, but they’ll also learn about budgeting, marketing, and customer service—skills that will benefit them throughout their lives

The program is available to children aged 5-17. It involves working with several local farmers' markets, festivals, and other fun events throughout the year.

The program will allow parents, event planners, and other community members to enhance their events and give kids a chance to showcase their business, personal, and sales skills.

The Children’s Entrepreneur Market is a program kids enjoy. The principles and skills learned develop in kids a spirit of play, desire, action, and confidence that permeates their efforts at home, school, work, and play and sets their goals for achievement in these areas ever higher.
