Pregnant parents, you have a responsibility

Those are words from Wyoming's own Ian Munsick. He's pushing for names you don't hear much to make a huge comeback.

Donald Trump used the phrase 'Make America Great Again' in his presidential campaign, so we should use 'Make Old Names Great Again' in Ian's campaign.

I made a list of the names he mentioned in the video, which was quite impressive, and I wonder how long it took him to come up with the names and make the video.

Then, I went back through the list and counted the number of people I knew with those names and their ages. Interestingly, I know quite a few women with those names, but only one is under 20.

Ellie joins the top 10 girl names for the first time ever, bumping Evelyn down to the 11th spot. Asher made a comeback to top 10 for boy names, while Luca is out. There were also new names that made the top 100 list for the first time: Walker, Bennett, Adriel, Ember, and Oakley. After being in the top 100 girl names for more than 60 years, Sarah is out.
