Over one month after a Wyoming woman was reported missing, authorities have found the vehicle in which she was last seen.

However, they still have no indication of where 28-year-old Aubree Corona might be. She was last seen July 13 during a camping trip with friends in the New Fork Lakes area of Sublette County.

Sgt. Travis Bingham of the Sublette County Sheriff's Office said Sunday that the vehicle, a dark grey 2005 Chevrolet Avalanche, was located earlier in the day near Leeds Creek in Fremont County. He said the truck was found on a "non-traveled" road in that area.

Detectives were actively working the scene Sunday afternoon in a search for clues. Bingham said more information would be released as it becomes available.

Meanwhile, Corona is still listed as a missing person. She is described as standing 5'8" tall and weighing 194 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

She reportedly became disoriented while on an errand during the camping trip and ended up on the Dubois side of Union Pass. In the last contact between Corona and one of her friends, she texted that she received directions from a logger.

The Sublette County Sheriff's Office contacted that logger and confirmed that he tried to help Corona find her way back to her campsite.

An extensive search effort which included volunteers, search and rescue teams as well as helicopters, proved fruitless and was suspended July 17.

"This new discovery is a step towards finding Aubree, however until she is found we are urging the public to come forward if you have any information regarding her whereabouts," Bingham said on the sheriff's office Facebook page.

Anyone with information regarding Corona is asked to contact the sheriff's office at 307-367-4378.
