Wyoming High School girls’ basketball teams in Class 3A and 4A move into the 2024 postseason with regional tournaments on Thursday through Saturday. Two wins qualify a team for the state tournament next week in Casper. Two losses and a team is eliminated. Green River, Rawlins, Sheridan, and Thermopolis are the four sites for the regional tournaments this weekend. This schedule is according to brackets sent to WyoPreps. It is subject to change.

3A WEST REGIONAL – Thermopolis (High School)

*Mountain View earned the SW No. 2 seed thanks to a win over Pinedale, which gave them a tiebreaker over Lyman.

Final Score: Powell 49 Lyman 30 – 3rd Place Game - Panthers take 3rd seed and Eagles will be the 4th seed.

Final Score: Pinedale 64 Mountain View 58 – Championship Game - Wranglers rally for the victory and the top seed from the West. Buffalos will be the 2nd seed.

3A EAST REGIONAL – Rawlins (High School)

*Newcastle's 1-3 cross-quad record compared to Glenrock's 0-4 gave the Dogies the NE No. 2 seed.

Final Score: Douglas 59 Buffalo 42 – Championship Game - Bearcats earn the No. 1 seed from the East at state. Bison grabbed the 2nd seed.

4A WEST REGIONAL – Green River (High School & Lincoln Middle School)

*Rock Springs got the NW No. 2 seed on a coin flip over Kelly Walsh. Green River earned the No. 2 seed in the SW with a 1-3 cross-quad record versus Evanston was 0-4.

*Thunder Basin's win over Cheyenne Central in cross-quad action gave them the NE No. 3 seed over Natrona County. Cheyenne Central's win over Laramie in a non-conference tournament gave Central the SE No. 2 seed.
