Casper Police: Vehicle Windows Broken by BBs; Tips Sought [VIDEO]

Following a recent string of vandalism, the Casper Police Department is asking the public for information as they work to identify suspects.

Police received multiple reports of broken vehicle windows Sunday night. Investigators believe the suspects used BB guns and quarter-inch steel BBs likely fired from a slingshot.

The reported incidents all took place west of Center Street to Wyoming Boulevard, department spokeswoman Rebekah Ladd said Wednesday morning.

Video footage has led police to believe that the possible suspect vehicle is a white four-door Dodge, possibly a 2017 Dodge Dart. The vehicle has a red LED bar across the trunk.

The department asks the community to be vigilant in the areas where the vandalism was reported.
