Casper Recreation Center To Host Saturday Series Craft Workshops

Need a Saturday afternoon out of the house where you can learn a new skill or hobby? The Casper Recreation Center is offering Saturday craft workshops on Saturdays, February 28 and March 7, from 1:00-4:00 pm each day. In the Boucle workshop (Feb. 28) participants will learn to knit or crochet a fun scarf; beginners are welcome and the class is great for teens and adults ($20). Family Zentangle (Feb. 28) is a great way to learn Zentangle basics while creating miniature pieces of art and all ages are welcome ($21). Handmade Cards will be offered on March 7 and adult participants will learn a variety of card making techniques to create a set of four greeting cards ($22). Workshops fill quickly, so please register in advance through the Casper Recreation Center at 235-8383. Recreation Center members always receive a discount on classes!
