I don't know if you've noticed, but Casper is a hot spot for volleyball, and things are already looking good for a spring girls' youth volleyball tournament with Casper Rec for 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, and 18U teams. The Spring Spike Fest Volleyball Tournament is set for April 18 & 19, but is likely to fill up fast.

If you have a team, registration is now open for $225 per team. All registered teams will get good playing time. They'll be guaranteed 3-4 matches, with pool play on Saturday, and then will be seeded for bracket play on Sunday.

With volleyball highly competitive in Casper, getting your girls involved in this tournament will give them more court experience and help them develop and improve their skills.

If you have a daughter interested in playing but hasn't played before, the Casper Rec Division offers a Saturday volleyball skills workshop on the third Saturday of each month through May 16. So, they have a couple of opportunities to learn the game before the April tournament. The workshop will help with all the fundamentals she'll need for volleyball. Including setting, serving, and passing. As well as helping her to learn about the conditioning she'll need to be game-ready.

You can register for the workshop by clicking this link HERE.
