Living in Wyoming, you never know what kind of weather you'll get when Halloween rolls around. It could be freezing and snowy, or sunny and warm. This year seems like one of those years when we might get sunny, warm weather, but who really knows until it gets here.

Halloween ranks as the third-favorite holiday behind Christmas and Thanksgiving, and it's also the third most hated behind Juneteenth and Super Bowl Sunday (who knew that was considered a holiday).

Since we're about three weeks away from Halloween, decorations are going up, and some families have been planning their decorating plans for a long time. It's fun to see how much time and effort some folks put into it.

If you've driven around Wyoming lately, you'll notice that Halloween is definitely a popular holiday. One Wyomingite who really loves it and is already getting into the spirit is JoRome LongChase in Casper.

This Halloween will be the 4th year JoRome has been offering a great haunted experience to anyone brave enough to show up, and last year, boy, oh boy, did they show up. They gave away over 350 candy bars to the kids of Casper and are ready to give that many or more out this year.

They've already been working on new props and spooky displays for weeks, adding new stuff weekly to be ready for the big night on October 31.

JoRome says they do this for the community, and everyone is welcome.

It’s FREE to the community!!! Halloween night 5-9pm. Treats and Scares for ALL AGES!! 204 Sunflower St. ( PV Division ) I am working on adding props weekly building up to Halloween night. Will have a haunted tunnel too. We welcome the community to stop by before Halloween night if they would like to take pictures with props. We do this for our community.

When you're making your Halloween night plans, add this haunted experience at 204 Sunflower St from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. to your list.
