What's the best way to stay thin?

Well, a new study says it's all about exercising and eating a healthy diet full of - chocolate?

Researchers found that people who frequently ate chocolate had a lower body mass index (BMI) than people who didn't.

In the study, the participants who seemed to be doing the best were those who ate chocolate an average of two times per week and exercised three or four times a week.

The scientists behind the study admit that chocolate is loaded with calories, but they think people were able to maintain their weight better because it's full of antioxidants and other ingredients that may promote weight loss.
