The music industry has always been one with many similarities, between artists, genres, music, guitar riffs, and even lyrics.  But, I can always find something that stands out, making one different from the next and gives us something "new-ish" to listen to.

Late last week, Dierks Bentley was accused of stealing music from another artist of a different musical genre.

Dierks Bentley and Jason Isbell, the former Drive-By Truckers member and now solo artist, have found themselves in a Twitter war of words and music.

This all started on Friday, Jan. 6th when Isbell tweeted, "Dierks has officially ripped off my song 'In A Razor Town.' Dierks is a douchebag."

The song that Isbell is referring to is Bentley's "Home," which is currently No. 13 on Billboard's Country Songs chart and his first single off his upcoming album. Isbell's "In A Razor Town" is from his 2007 solo album, "Sirens Of The Ditch." Here was the tweet exchange via Bentley's Twitter page.
