You either loved him or hated him, but now that he’s gone, Walter White, a.k.a. “Breaking Bad’s educated meth cooker” will be laid to rest, with a funeral planned in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

A funeral is planned for Saturday October 19th, where fans and mourners will be able to say their final goodbyes in a sendoff to Walt, Bryan Cranston’s teacher/meth cooking character on Breaking Bad, and reception will follow at a local Albuquerque steakhouse.  Of course there is a price to pay, but all for a good cause.

Fans will have to shell out a few bucks to attend both the funeral and reception, but all the proceeds will go to the Vernon’s Steakhouse Walter White Endowment Fund at the Albuquerque Community Foundation to benefit the Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless, otherwise known as AHCH.

So even though Walter White’s demise resulted from his dark side, his sendoff will actually shed some light on his character, in a positive way, to help the community of Albuquerque where Breaking Bad all took place.  This might be a true ending to show the world that Walter White maybe wasn’t such a bad guy after all.

If you had the money, would you go to Walter White’s Funeral?
