Funky Junk Celebrates 11 Years Of Community At David Street Station
It's that time again, boys and girls. It's time for Funky Junk: Fall Edition. Casper has a great weekend ahead for a "FALL" event. Fall weather, fall moods, and a full day of fun fall activities at David Street Station.
It's the perfect weekend to spread good vibes, check out the artisan market, eat great food, grab awesome drinks, and listen to great music.
In a conversation with Funky Junk founder Whitney Asay, you can tell the passion is as strong now as it was when it began years ago. This year, we're celebrating the 11th year and the 22nd Funky Junk. While talking with her, Whitney flashed back to when the event started.
I used to be a part of an event called Serendipity and it was just a fun little group of about six of us that showed up, and she curated a really cool event. I knew it was something that I wanted to do later. I had a lot of creative friends that were doing kind of the same thing and looking for places to offer stuff. We just wanted to create this community thing where creators had a space to sell their stuff that was a little different and a little more up my alley and my style.
What started as a small event with just eight vendors has grown to well over 120 booth spaces; new vendors have signed up; 13 food trucks, live music, and family fun have moved to David Street Station in downtown Casper to handle the crowds. Don't forget to grab a cold beer or drink, and check out all of the stuff available to buy.
You'll find great crafts, jewelry, clothing, art, collectibles, vintage items, upcycled & repurposed items, and you never know what else may be on display at the AWARD-WINNING, Funky Junk.
Don't miss your chance to ring in fall, spend your Saturday with friends and family, and maybe even meet new friends at the 2026 Funky Junk: Fall Edition.
