UPDATE: Celebrities And Dates Announced For Longmire Days

The announcement for this year's event has been made.

Mark your calendar for July 17, 18, 19, and 20 in Durant, WY (Buffalo).

The full schedule plans are still being developed, and the Longmire Foundation events committee is working hard to finalize them. According to the announcement, there will be a few new ideas for this year's event.

One part of the event you can count on is an excellent group of stars from the TV/Netflix show. Several celebrities are already booked, including.

It's become one of my favorite weekends in the Wyoming summer...

Longmire Days.

There will be lots of Rainier Beer, fans of the Longmire books and show, and fun for the whole family during the long July weekend in Buffalo... I mean Durant, Wyoming.

I know we're only in February, but July isn't that far off, and planning has been going on for quite a while. Putting together an event like Longmire Days can be a lot of hard work, especially when trying to get a date that works for everyone involved, seeing which celebrities can be there, and coordinating to take over an entire town for a weekend.

At this point, we're not sure which stars of the Longmire TV show will be on hand. In 2024, we saw book series author Craig Johnson, Walt Longmire (Robert Taylor), Ruby (Louanne Stephens), Travis Murphy (Derek Phillips), Bob Barnes (John Bishop), and Jacob Nighthorse (A. Martinez) all on hand for the weekend.

I'm sure you'll be able to count on event staples like meet-and-greet autograph sessions, live performances, a rodeo, exclusive events, the Longmire Days parade, pancake breakfast, talent show, softball game, horseback rides, and many more throughout the extended weekend.

No matter what is planned, Longmire Days is always fun, helps raise money for charitable causes, and gives back to the community. Last month, we let you know where some of the money was donated. In addition, the Longmire Foundation donated to the World Central Kitchen, California Fire Foundation Victim Assistance Fund, and Los Angeles Animal Services on behalf of the actors who were part of the 2024 event.

If you're now chomping at the bit to find out the dates and confirmed celebrities, you'll only have to wait until 6 p.m. MST on Friday, February 28.
