Nebraska State Patrol Has The ‘Weirdest’ Post
The Police Departments of both Casper and Cheyenne have taken on a real social media "personality" to make their points. Humor, sometimes real comedy, seems to be a trend for law enforcement agencies. The Nebraska State Patrol posted a photo of a mannequin's leg in the roadway, as it was being run over by a vehicle.
