New Regulations For Wyoming Shed Hunters Are Now In Effect
Wyoming's 2020 Shed Hunting Season begins May 1st at noon.
This is one of several changes that have been made by the Wyoming Game and Fish Department.
According to the Wyoming Game and Fish Website, the new regulations are in effect now.
New regulations on shed antler and horn collection are now in effect. The updated regulation expands the seasonal closure area to include expanded critical wintering habitat and enact a new opening time of 12 noon on public lands. The annual closure is to protect wintering big game. The new regulation and map of the boundaries is available online.
This video created by the Wyoming Game and Fish Department clearly shares information about the new regulations.
At least that's one positive about this quarantine, a lot more time for shed hunting.
