OPINION: Casper Stores Need These Color-Coded Shopping Carts
There is a store that has a beautiful idea and I think it needs to be in every Casper store. It’s color-coded shopping carts that indicate if you want help or not.
I don’t want to sound like the shopping loner that I am, but I must confess that I am not a real conversationalist when I go into a store. If I’m on a mission to buy a HDMI cable, I don’t need 7 associates asking me hard questions.
I want to clarify that I don’t hold this against the store employees. They’re just doing what they’re told. There are times when I do actually need help which is where the red basket would come in handy. But, mainly I’m a black basket kind of guy.
There’s a reason why this brilliant idea is being shared like crazy by sites like Buzzfeed. I realize that re-working all of our store’s shopping carts isn’t free, but someone needs to make this happen. Do you agree?
