I am in the process of getting over a nasty "man cold" as my family refers to it as. With that, I had to take a day off of work and when I returned my boss told me that I should probably consider getting this year flu shot.

Most of us know that living in Wyoming you have to be very careful when you are out in the wilderness, cause there are a lot of WILD animals. So I decided to give you some survival tips that I found online for the most common animal types in the cowboy state.

Halloween is going to be here in just a couple of weeks and that means everyone is getting prepared with their yard decorations and buying massive amounts of candy for the neighborhood kids.

With all these winter storms to be expected throughout Wyoming this year, I suggest that we think smarter not harder when it comes to cleaning off our vehicles and this guy has things figured out.

This guy was just waiting on his friends when he got an unexpected visit from this bear and luckily he was fast enough to close his door and not get taken away for a bear snack.

Just because they live in the wild doesn't always mean that they have everything figured out.

Seeing deer in our front and back yards around Casper isn't all that new. It's been happening ever since I was a kid and long before that I'm sure. However, I have never gotten too close to them for fear of being headbutted, kicked, licked. Pretty much anything.

I think we can all agree that people from Wyoming are WAY different than people from New York. We have completely different lifestyles and I feel like we just have more time to stop and say hi to people no matter what we are doing. This video shows what people from Wyoming and the surrounding states think of New Yorkers and it's great.

There are a lot of different ways to catch a fish but I don't think I've ever seen anything so odd when it comes to catching a monster catfish. We generally do it with a pole here in Wyoming. Apparently, not how they do things in Oklahoma.

Some videos you see on the internet and think those people are so darn lucky. This video gave me that exact feeling when I saw it for the first time, it also reminded me how happy I am to live on the 3rd floor. I'll take annoying pigeons any day of the week compared to a bear chilling on my porch!

Living in Casper and Wyoming we see a lot of big powerful trucks obviously because we have to have them to haul horse trailers and other things that you do on a ranch. (Obviously, I know very little about that kind of stuff.) But this guy wouldn't stand a chance in the cowboy state.

I've been seeing these videos pop up all over the internet from our neighbors in Montana, Ohio, and Nebraska. I'm just waiting for someone in the cowboy state to pick their kid up from the bus stop riding a horse in one of those T-rex costumes.
