The Old Farmer's Almanac splits Wyoming in two for this winter. Cold but dry in the west, mild temperatures with the chance of lots of snow in the east.
The agency says the weather is "looking increasingly warm as the high-pressure system that has been baking the west coast slowly moves east into the Rockies.''
In the video, you can see pretty much all of the elements happening at exactly the same time: rain, snow, hail, sunshine, rainbows, etc. The only thing missing is construction but we're sure there's some of that up the road a little bit.
This time of year we find ourselves adjusting our thinking from the cold and cooler temps of winter and spring. It's hot, and we don't want to leave our dogs in the car.
