There are several things that we used to be able to do in life, that we no longer remember how to do, thanks in part to Technology.

The Huffington Post put out a list of things that we used to be able to do, but now can't and the blame falls solely on our love of technology.

Remember phone numbers!   If you know more than two numbers by heart at this point in your life, you're better than most people.  Seriously!  Have you ever had to look up your own phone number to give it to someone??

Remembering birthdays of folks around us.  Seems like everyone relies on Facebook or other social media to do that for them now.  In fact, we only remember the birthdays of our closest friends and relatives.

Simple math problems, like long division.   Each and everyone of us is not carrying a calculator with them on their phones and there are apps for things like figuring out your tip at a restaurant, or dividing up bills with roommates.  So no one knows how to actually do it on paper anymore.

Write in cursive.  If you're like most folks, you couldn't write a lower case "K" or "Z" in cursive to win a contest at this point.  You'd have to look it up first, we had to!

Finally, remember directions.  In this day and age, we all have some kind of GPS now.  So when someone starts telling you how to get somewhere, you just zone out - then we ask for the address instead.

What else can you think of, if you've got one leave us a comment and let us know.

What other things have we forgotten or simply don't do anymore thanks in large part to technology?
