The California Bay-Area isn't exactly the spot you'd expect to see something named after Wyoming, but if you search hard enough you'll find "A Bite of Wyoming."

This diner style restaurant is tucked away in a San Jose strip mall between Interstate 680 and Highway 101. It's neighbors include a nail salon and an auto parts store.

Despite the unassuming location, A Bite of Wyoming has excellent reviews on TripAdvisor, receiving 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Critics rave about the breakfast, great service, and in true Wyoming style... buffalo meat!

Aside from buffalo meat, the restaurant also serves chicken fried steak, biscuits and gravy, omelettes, and other hearty favorites.
