This Is The Odd Game Show Wyoming Supposedly Loves

Even though some of the classics have had host, set, and time changes, they're still some of the favorites.

In the world of game shows, there are the classics.

• Wheel of Fortune
• Jeopardy
• Price is Right
• Supermarket Sweep
• Press Your Luck
• Family Feud

For many families across the nation, bonding time involved solving puzzles, answering questions, and shouting out the price for particular items. According to a recently released study, none of those classic game shows is the top dog in Wyoming.

It seems the new age game show chosen in Wyoming is hosted by Jimmy Fallon of the Tonight Show and is called 'That's My Jam.'

I honestly didn't know this was an actual gameshow, and I thought it only existed as part of the Tonight Show, but that's not the case.

The show aired on NBC and wrapped its second season this spring.

According to the NBC website:

Each week, two teams of celebrity contestants go head to head and mic to mic to try to win the Golden Boombox. It's another epic season of music, magic and mayhem with fan-favorite games like Impossible Karaoke, Air Guitar and Slay It Don’t Spray It, alongside all-new additions like Turn the Beat Around and Don’t Fear the Speaker. Big stars. Hit songs. Game on! Also streaming on Peacock.

To determine the most popular game show in each U.S. state, we looked at Entertainment Weekly, Ranker, and DirectTV to compile a list of game shows that have aired within the last five years. We then selected 25 of the most iconic ones and analyzed their regional search volume with Google Trends search data from June 2019 to June 2024. We used high search interest as an indicator of popularity.
